COMPLAINT ELABORATION AND ANALYSIS IN ENGINEERING CONTRACTS

During execution of all Engineering Works there are unforeseeable or foreseeable events whose unpredictable consequences usually generate circumstances that normally cause Great Onerosity. This Onerosity, obviously, is not foreseen in the contracted budget and, as a rule, it is a reason for requesting Resignation through Complaint. This Complaint is an action where you exercise your rights, alleging facts that are based on irrefutable evidence and its legal framework.

In summary, the Complaint purpose is to recover Value / Property whose original cause does not fit into contractual risk, whether relative to anticipated work or a justifiable unforeseen situation, thus meeting the Economic-Financial Balance Reposition and Maintenance.

Complaint production is of Extreme Responsibility and requires Rigor because a simple or small technical failure can surely ruin everything!
